Wholesome Hot Camp Lunch served daily.  Menu changes each day with alternative sandwiches also available.  Fresh fruit served with Lunch.  Served daily- Field greens salad with house-made dressings. Each Camp Lunches are made to order and served Lunch in Hand staff. 

One Hot Lunch served daily with 100% Juice or water: 

  • BBQ grilled Chicken breast served with Broccoli, Curly Pasta and Watermelon
  • Turkey Meatballs, Spaghetti with Marinara sauce, Caesar salad and Orange slices
  • Oven baked Chicken Tenders, served with brown rice, roasted Summer Squash. Fruit Salad
  • Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas or Cheese only served with Salsa & Guacamole.  Bananas
  • LIH Burgers or Veggie Burgers served with Sweet Potato wedges, Tomato & Cucumbers Summer Fruit (Peaches)
  • Chicken Parmesan served with Bow-tie pasta and marinara sauce, Carrot sticks, Watermelon
  • Taco Tuesday: Beef, Chicken or Vegetarian bean tacos served with Spanish rice & Salsa, Orange slices. 
  • House-made Baked Macaroni & Cheese served with string beans, Fruit salad
  • House-made Meatball wedge served with couscous, roasted Zucchini and Bananas
  • Pizza : Plain / Cheese or Pepperoni served with Carrots & Celery sticks, Summer fruit (Nectarines)

Served Daily: Field Greens Salad with House made dressings
