Lunch is served by a ‘Lunch Coach’ complete with 100% juice or water.
Dessert includes fresh fruit, yogurt or, on occasion, a sweet dessert. Our apples come from the farmers market.
Monday: Roast or BBQ Chicken Parts served with Brown Rice and Broccoli
Tuesday: Beef Stew with vegetables served with Egg Noodles
Wednesday: Pasta Bar: Choice of Cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce, Pasta Marinara or Plain pasta served with whole wheat bread and mixed roast vegetables
Thursday: Breakfast for Lunch: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon or Turkey Sausage, Pancakes with Syrup
Friday: Chicken Pot Pie: Cubes of Roast Chicken Breast & potatoes in gravy topped with Puff Pastry served with peas and carrots
Monday: House-made Meatballs & Curly Pasta with or without Red Sauce, served with Whole Wheat Bread and Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas or Cheese only Quesadillas served with Spanish Rice, Salsa and Sour Cream
Wednesday: Chunky Chicken and Turkey Chili Or Vegetarian Chili served with Rice and Whole Wheat Bread and Mixed Vegetables
Thursday: Shrimp in Chunky Tomato sauce with Couscous and green beans
Friday: Beef Lasagna served with Mixed Vegetables with sliced Whole Wheat Bread
Monday: Shepherd’s Pie: Ground Meat in Brown Sauce topped with Mashed Potatoes Served with Peas and carrots
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday: Choice of Beef, Chicken or Vegetable bean tacos served with cheese, mild salsa, sour cream & Spanish rice
Wednesday: Chicken Patties served on Whole Wheat Rolls with Oven Roast Potatoes and String Beans
Thursday: Soup & Sandwich -Chicken Noodle Soup and Grilled Cheese & Ham Sandwich or Grilled Cheese
Friday: Pizza Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza served with Carrots & Celery Sticks
Monday: Roast Turkey Breast served with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli
Tuesday: Italian Chicken Cutlets served with Pasta Shells (Olive Oil & Butter), Garlic Bread & Green Beans
Wednesday: Teriyaki Chicken served with Asian vegetables, and Jasmine rice
Thursday: Crispy Battered Fish Filet or Roast Lemon-Oregano Fish served with Tartar Sauce, Brown Rice Pilaf and Roast Carrots
Friday: Hand made Angus Beef Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers on Whole Wheat Rolls with Oven Roast Red potatoes, Carrots & Celery Sticks
